Ronnie Earl Frederick appeals the judgment denying his Rule 29.15 motion. We affirm the judgment.

A jury found defendant Frederick guilty of murder in the second degree and armed criminal action after a four-day trial that ended February 26, 1988. The court sentenced the defendant in May, 1988, and we affirmed his criminal convictions...
