This is an appeal from convictions and sentences imposed upon defendant-appellant Gerald Ross Pizzuto, Jr. Following a jury trial Pizzuto was convicted of two counts of murder in the first degree, two counts of felony murder, one count of robbery and one count of grand theft in connection with the murders of Berta Louise Herndon and her adult nephew Delbert D. Herndon. Pizzuto appeals his convictions and sentences asserting error in certain proceedings...
