Petitioner appeals from denial of post-conviction relief, claiming ineffective assistance of counsel at sentencing, after pleading nolo contendere to charges of careless and negligent driving of a motor vehicle resulting in the death of a person, 23 V.S.A. § 1091(c). We affirm.
