Derek Dion Curtis appeals the sentence imposed by the district court following his conviction by a jury of falsely impersonating an officer of the United States, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 912. Curtis contends that the district court's finding that he was an organizer or manager, as well as a planner, was erroneous and resulted in double counting.
