MOORE, Justice.

The primary question raised by Douglas Moffitt in this appeal concerns the superior court's finding that Moffitt Contracting, Inc., the business enterprise which was at one time co-owned and operated by Douglas and Marsha Moffitt, has marketable goodwill in the amount of $210,000. Douglas argues that the court's finding overstates the firm's goodwill. Moreover, he claims that, to the extent any goodwill exists, it is unmarketable...
