Plaintiff appeals from a declaratory ruling by the superior court that upheld the Department of Corrections' application of the good-time credit statute, 28 V.S.A. § 811. The statute allows reduction of an inmate's sentence by up to ten days for every month served with no infractions of the rules and regulations of the correctional facility.
