Petitioner, Janis L. Cummings, appeals her conviction of indirect criminal contempt entered against her by the trial court. Petitioner raises two issues on appeal: whether the conviction of indirect criminal contempt must be reversed because she was denied due process, and whether the conviction must be reversed because the evidence did not show beyond a reasonable doubt...
