Plaintiff Larry D. Estes (Larry), while driving a motor vehicle, struck a bull owned by defendant John Maddrell. Larry and his father, Larry E. Estes (Mr. Estes), filed suit to recover damages for personal injuries and medical costs resulting from the accident.
