PER CURIAM:

On July 21, 1989, appellant Tara Nicole Chambers, through her guardian ad litem, filed a "complaint to establish paternity and compel support." In her complaint, Tara named Jay William Sanderson as her presumed father. On August 28, 1990, the district court entered an order awarding partial summary judgment to Tara and declaring Sanderson to be Tara's father.
