In this case we must decide whether the presumption of compensability applicable in workers' compensation cases pursuant to AS 23.30.120(a) of the Alaska Workers' Compensation Act1 applies to a claim for continuing care under AS 23.30.095(a).2 In addition, the circumstances of this case require us to pass on the availability of palliative care under the latter statute...
