A jury convicted Kevin Levell Taylor of one count of assault in the first degree, in violation of § 565.050 RSMo 1986, one count of attempted robbery in the first degree, in violation of §§ 564.011 and 569.020.1 RSMo 1986, and two counts of armed criminal action, in violation of § 571.015 RSMo 1986.
