Defendant, Edward Sun, M.D., appeals from the superior court's order determining the assets and liabilities of the partnership, claiming error in (1) the composition of the court during pretrial hearings, the trial, and post-trial proceedings; (2) the court's findings with respect to certain partnership property; and (3) the admission of certain evidence...
