Ernest D. Morris, appellant, appeals from a summary judgment in favor of the Landoll Corporation and Fruehauf Corporation. Morris filed his lawsuit for injuries he sustained in an accident he claims resulted from the sale and repair of a defective trailer. Landoll and Fruehauf filed motions for summary judgment alleging the claims were barred by the principles of res judicata...
