The appellant was convicted of the capital crime of intentional murder committed during a robbery or attempted robbery. Following a sentencing hearing, the jury recommended that the appellant be sentenced to life without parole, by a vote of 12 to 0. Thereafter, the trial court sentenced the appellant to life imprisonment without parole.
