This petition for certiorari was brought by Salve Regina College (Salve Regina) to review a Superior Court judgment that affirmed a decision of the Zoning Board of Review of the City of Newport (board). The board had denied Salve Regina's application for a special exception from the restrictions of a Newport zoning ordinance.
