WEISBERGER, Justice.

This case comes before us upon a petition for certiorari wherein the petitioners seek to review a judgment of the Superior Court that dismissed their appeal from a decision of the Zoning Board of Review of the City of Pawtucket. The judgment of dismissal was based upon the failure of the petitioners to file their complaint within the period required by G.L. 1956 (1988 Reenactment) § 45-24-20. We affirm. The facts of the...
