PER CURIAM.

Mark A. Turley appeals the district court's1 order affirming the Secretary of Health and Human Services' (Secretary) denial of his application for supplemental security income (SSI). Turley claims that substantial evidence does not support the decision of the Secretary and that the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) misapplied the legal standards for evaluating the evidence. We affirm.
