MATTHEWS, Justice.

INTRODUCTION

At issue is the effect to be given a real estate broker's exclusive listing agreement when the sale was not formally completed until after the agreement had expired. We have been asked to review the denial of directed verdicts regarding when the sale occurred, whether the seller acted in bad faith, and whether the buyer induced a breach of the listing agreement....
