VANCE, Justice.

This is an appeal in a "slip and fall" case in which Estefana Ferrer sued Corsicana Transmission, Inc. (CTI), alleging that because of its negligence she sustained damages for her injuries in the amount of $45,472. The jury found Ferrer 100% negligent, thus exonerating CTI from liability.
