Walker appeals his conviction for two counts of operating a vehicle while intoxicated resulting in death (DWI death), two counts of operating a vehicle with .10% blood alcohol content resulting in death (BAC death), one count of driving while intoxicated resulting in serious bodily injury (DWI injury) and one count of operating a vehicle with .10% blood alcohol content resulting in serious bodily injury (BAC injury).
