Plaintiff appeals the award of only $20,000 in attorney's fees under the Civil Rights Attorney's Fees Award Act of 1976, 42 U.S.C. § 1988, entered in the United States District Court for the District of Connecticut, Ralph K. Winter, United States Circuit Judge, sitting by designation.
