Brian James Watson was indicted for various violations of the currency transaction reporting requirements contained in 31 U.S.C. §§ 5324(2), 5322(b). After the district court denied a motion to suppress evidence, Watson entered conditional pleas of guilty, as provided by Fed.R.Crim.P. 11(a)(2), to two of the six counts in the indictment.
