Peter Pappas and Independent Insulating Glass Company brought suit against the former actuary of Independent Insulating Glass's pension plan and the actuarial firm he works for, alleging that the actuary breached fiduciary duties under ERISA and asserting a private right of action arising from misrepresentations contained in forms submitted to federal authorities charged with regulating ERISA plans....
