This appeal arises from the September 21, 1990, order of the circuit court of Du Page County which dismissed with prejudice David Alspaugh's petition for attorney fees and costs. Alspaugh represented Debra Salata, n/k/a Debra Kuhn, respondent (wife), in a dissolution of marriage proceeding filed by petitioner, Thomas Salata (husband).
