Emerson Thomas appeals from an order entered in the District Court1 for the Western District of Missouri granting summary judgment in favor of Marian Basham. Thomas v. Basham, No. 88-4600-CV-C-5 (W.D.Mo. July 26, 1990) (order granting summary judgment). For the reasons discussed below, we dismiss the appeal for lack of appellate jurisdiction.
