MEMORANDUM OPINION

MENCER, District Judge.

This case arises out of a motorcycle accident which occurred on June 1, 1989, on State Route 56 in Indiana County, Pennsylvania. In that accident, James Arthur Duncan, Jr., husband of the plaintiff, Glenna M. Duncan, suffered injuries which caused his death. Presently pending before this court is the plaintiff's motion for partial summary judgment pursuant to Fed.R.Civ.P. 56 as to the liability of Honda Motor Company...
