MURPHY, Justice.

Appellant entered a plea of not guilty before the jury to the offense of theft of property valued at more than twenty but less than two hundred dollars. She was convicted, and the jury assessed punishment at ninety days' confinement in the Harris County Jail and a fine of $300.00.
