Appellant, Billy Lewis, appeals from a two to one decision of the Workers' Compensation Commission denying his claim for permanent total disability benefits. On appeal to this court, appellant urges that he is permanently and totally disabled under the "odd-lot" doctrine, and that the commission's decision to the contrary is not supported by substantial evidence.
