Defendant, Transamerica Insurance Company, appeals from a judgment of the circuit court granting plaintiff Edward N. Bernier's motion for summary judgment. Plaintiff sought the reformation of an insurance policy issued to him by defendant. The trial court's ruling came after cross-motions for summary judgment had been filed by the parties.
