JUNELL, Justice.

Appellant was convicted and sentenced by a jury to five years in prison and a fine of $10,000.00 for the offense of intentionally causing injury to a child. She brings three points of error, alleging the trial court erred: (1) in limiting defense counsel's cross-examination of the State's witness; (2) in submitting a punishment charge that omitted a punishment alternative available to those convicted of a third degree felony; and...
