In the first paragraph of its complaint herein, plaintiff Benetton Services Corporation ("Benetton") describes this action as one in which "... an award of damages [is sought] against the defendant as a result of an attachment proceeding sued out in the Circuit Court of Jefferson County, Alabama." Benetton complains that defendant Benedot Corporation's ("Benedot") attachment denied Benetton due process of law,
