Defendant Anthony Anderson ("Anderson") was released on bond during pretrial proceedings on the condition that he remain in his house at all times. Anderson spent thirty-four days at home awaiting trial, before pleading guilty to three counts in the indictment. He was thereafter sentenced by this Court to a ten-year sentence and committed to the custody of the Bureau of Prisons...
