OPINION ON APPELLANT'S PETITION FOR DISCRETIONARY REVIEW

MILLER, Judge.

In this cause, appellant plead guilty to possession of cocaine and was placed on deferred adjudication pursuant to a plea bargain. The trial court placed appellant on probation for three years and fined appellant five hundred dollars. Art. 42.12, Sec. 3d(a), V.A.C.C.P. (see now Sec. 5(a)).
