Plaintiff-appellant, Reather Reynolds, as administratrix of the estate of her son John Willie Reeves and in her own behalf, appeals from an order of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas. The order denied a new trial in an action brought by Reynolds, under 42 U.S.C. § 1983, against the defendants-appellees, the City of Little Rock and various Little Rock police officers and City officials (the City).
