Defendant, Stephen Wielgos, was convicted in the circuit court of Cook County of delivering more than 30 grams of a controlled substance (Ill.Rev.Stat.1985, ch. 56½, par. 1401(a)(2)), and was sentenced to six years' imprisonment.
