Southwestern Bell Telephone Company appeals from a judgment awarding John Carlo Texas, Inc. actual and punitive damages based on the jury's finding of tortious interference with contract. In our opinion of March 21, 1991, we reversed the trial court's judgment as to punitive damages and rendered judgment that appellee take nothing as to its punitive damage claim.
