Hilda G. Worthington appeals from the district court's entry of summary judgment denying her Title VII claim as time barred. Worthington, alleging that Union Pacific Railroad had denied her a brakeman position because of her sex, filed a complaint with the Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission (NEOC) 299 days after the alleged act of discrimination. The NEOC forwarded the claim to the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission...
