Defendant Wesley Allen Dorrough appeals his convictions under 18 U.S.C. § 2 (1988) and 21 U.S.C. §§ 841, 846 (1988) for attempting to manufacture phenyl-2-propanone and amphetamine and for possession of phenyl-2-propanone with intent to manufacture amphetamine. The defendant also appeals his convictions under 21 U.S.C. § 846 for conspiring to manufacture, possess, and distribute amphetamine, and under 18 U.S.C. §§...
