On May 7, 1990, plaintiff Donald E. Heyen filed a complaint in the circuit court of Logan County against defendants Sanborn Manufacturing Company (Sanborn) and R & H Farm and Home, Inc. (R & H). Plaintiff alleged he was injured when an air compressor manufactured by Sanborn and sold by R & H exploded. On March 11, 1991, the trial court granted defendants' motions to dismiss an amended complaint...
