KENNEDY, Justice.

Ciro Moran sued State Farm County Mutual Insurance Company of Texas under his insurance policy, under the DTPA, and for breach of the duty of good faith and fair dealing, in connection with the settlement of his claim for uninsured motorist benefits as a result of an automobile accident. Based upon a favorable jury verdict, the trial court awarded judgment for Moran against State Farm for $25,000.00 under the policy, $87,000.00...
