This is a Superior Court civil action in which the plaintiff, Margaret Ann Dionne, appeals from the trial justice's grant of a motion for summary judgment in favor of the defendant Joseph Paul Padayhag, M.D., on the grounds that the plaintiff's claim was barred by the pertinent statute of limitations.
