Lucas Marcello, Jr. owned and operated Delta Bail Bonding Company, a/k/a Delta Bonding Agency, and in 1970 entered into a sub-agent's contract and indemnity agreement with Gerald J. Hebert, d/b/a Hebert's General Bonding, Inc. (Hebert).
