Plaintiff, AMAX Potash Corporation, a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in Denver, Colorado, appeals from the judgment dismissing its complaint against defendant, Trans-Resources, Inc., a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in New York, New York, for lack of personal jurisdiction.
