Appellants, Benjamin Trapnell and others (Trapnell), complain of the trial court's granting of a summary judgment in favor of appellee, John Hogan Interest, Inc., D/B/A, First Foods Company, Inc. (First Foods). Benjamin Trapnell is suing First Foods and others for damages arising out of the death of Susan Trapnell, his wife.
