Defendant, Olga Moreno, has appealed following a guilty plea pursuant to State v. Crosby, 338 So.2d 584 (La.1976). She was charged by bill of information with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, to-wit: cocaine. (LSA-R.S. 40:967). At arraignment she pled not guilty.
