After a jury trial defendant, Liborio Crisantos, was found guilty of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance. (Ill.Rev.Stat.1987, ch. 56½, par. 1402.) Defendant was sentenced to a term of 6 years to be served in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
