This worker's compensation appeal presents the question of whether or not an employee's mental disorder arose out of the course of employment and is compensable as either an occupational disease or injury by accident. The Chancellor found that the employee's mental disorder was an occupational disease caused by employment stress and therefore arose out of his employment, and awarded 100 percent permanent and total disability.
