The defendant, Andre Jones, brings this appeal from an order of the circuit court of St. Clair County dismissing his second post-conviction petition. The defendant was convicted, pursuant to a plea of guilty, of three murders and was sentenced to death for each murder following a sentencing hearing before a jury. On direct appeal, this court affirmed all three of the defendant's convictions and two of the death...
