After a bench trial, Willie Sanders was found guilty of four counts of murder (Ill. Rev.Stat.1985, ch. 38, pars. 9-1(a)(1), (2), (3)) for killing Sidney Tate and guilty of invading Lillie Moore's home (Ill.Rev.Stat. 1985, ch. 38, par. 12-11(a)(1).) Sanders was sentenced to thirty years in the Illinois Department of Corrections.
