BURGESS, Justice.

This is a product liability suit. Jerry Harrington sustained personal injuries while working in the course and scope of his employment as a pipefitter. Harrington was grinding a weld with a power tool described as a sander or grinder. The grinding disk lodged against the pipe and froze. When Harrington attempted to free it the grinder kicked back.
